Aiqbee Launches Microsoft Teams App, Bringing AI Memory Across Microsoft 365
Aiqbee, the enterprise AI memory platform, has launched the Aiqbee app for Microsoft Teams. The new app puts organisational knowledge graphs inside Microsoft 365, giving teams access to shared AI memory on desktop and mobile without switching between tools.
With the app installed, team members can search, browse, and work with their organisation's knowledge graphs (called Brains) directly within Microsoft Teams. Staff can ask questions in plain language and explore the connections between pieces of knowledge. Microsoft Entra integration means organisations control exactly who can access which Brains, using the identity and permissions systems they already have in place.
"We built Aiqbee so organisational knowledge is available wherever teams actually work. Microsoft Teams is where millions of people collaborate every day, and bringing AI memory into that environment was a natural next step."
— Louis Goodier, Co-founder of Aiqbee
Available Across Microsoft 365
Because the Aiqbee app is built on the Microsoft Teams platform, it also runs in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app. The app is available on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android, so staff can reach their organisation's AI memory from any device.
Key Benefits
- Search and browse knowledge graphs directly inside Microsoft Teams
- Ask questions and get answers in plain language
- Explore knowledge items and their connections without switching applications
- Share Brains and AI chats with colleagues through Microsoft Entra single sign-on
- Access organisational knowledge across Microsoft 365 on any device
- Works with Aiqbee SaaS and self-hosted Hive Server deployments
Why It Matters
73% of enterprise AI projects fail due to insufficient organisational context. Aiqbee tackles this head on by giving every AI tool access to a single, structured knowledge graph that the whole organisation contributes to and benefits from. With the Teams app, that same knowledge is now inside the productivity suite used by over 320 million people worldwide.
For organisations already using Aiqbee's Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations with AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, the Teams app adds another way in. Staff who don't work directly with AI coding tools or chat assistants can still search and contribute to the organisation's knowledge from a familiar interface.
Availability
The Aiqbee app for Microsoft Teams is available now in the Microsoft Teams App Store. Organisations using Aiqbee can connect their existing Brains straight away.
